DESCRIPTION
We have the requisite skill and equipment to characterize the frequency response of thin films (<1 micron thick) of magnetic material as defined and provided by a customer. The standard format is to characterize the material in the frequency range from 200 MHz to 6 GHz. In doing so, we provide the following data for the given material:
Bandwidth and Permeability
FerroMagnetic Resonance (FMR) Frequency
Gilbert Damping Coefficient
Service also available for other materials or at different frequencies.
